- ➤ Naperville police arrested 41-year-old Kent Rogers in the Topgolf parking lot Friday night on a felony charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of cannabis after officers observed a handgun in plain view and later found a second gun + his arrest marks the ninth gun-related offense this year with a court date set for May 12. - ➤ An Aurora woman pleaded guilty to aggravated battery for a fatal shooting during a disputed gun sale in Naperville and was sentenced to 12 years in prison Wednesday—charges of first-degree murder and robbery were dropped. Daily Herald
