- ➤ The Rotary Club of Naperville and community partners will host a Resilience Tactics Workshop for families of veterans and first responders on November 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Little Friends campus in Warrenville— the free event will offer a resource fair, breakout sessions for caregivers, and on-site lunch with babysitting services. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ KidsMatter explained that working and volunteering in high school builds skills like time management, responsibility, and problem-solving for teens. KidsMatter in partnership with the Naperville Park District will host a Community Job Fair on Jan. 3 at Fort Hill Activity Center + teens can practice mock interviews and learn financial literacy. Chicago Avenue on Monday, Oct. 13, closing one level at a time until repairs finish by the end of October.
