- ➤ Naperville 203’s board of education reviewed policy updates linked to new federal TitleIX changes at a Sept. 8 meeting and will vote on these changes on Sept. 22. Deputy superintendent Mark Cohen said the update adds little operational change since the Illinois Human Rights Act remains in effect—ensuring the school follows both state and federal law.
