- ➤ Indian Prairie School District 204's Indian Prairie CARES program will expand mental health services – the program will add counseling locations at Metea Valley High School and Granger Middle School in September with $20,000 in new grant funding from DuPage County. It has already provided 5,000 free sessions and offers each participant up to six 50-minute sessions after school hours. Naperville News 17

- ➤ The DuPage County Board funded The Awakenings Project to launch Healing Through Art, a new program that offers four art therapy workshops to help DuPage County residents manage stress and express creativity. The sessions will be held at Naperville Art League (508 N. Center St.) on Saturday afternoons on Sept. 6, 13, 27 and Oct. 4 for $20 each or $60 for all sessions, with registration opening on July 15.
