Naperville community leaders celebrated the landmark designation of First Congregational Church on Sunday, May 31, with Mayor Scott Wehrli unveiling its plaque; the church is the sixth landmark and oldest in DuPage County, with original features now legally protected — preserving its history.

Naperville residents can enjoy a weekend that kicks off today with the Riverwalk Duck Race at 11 a.m. in downtown; highlights also include Tacoville with Latin food and live music starting Friday evening and a Saturday Farmer’s Market plus art exhibits and dining events continuing Sunday (offering diverse local flavors).
