- ➤ Naperville will start two new recycling programs on June 2 that let residents drop off food scraps at designated sites and clothing at the Environmental Collection Campus at 156 Fort Hill Drive on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with both programs running until Aug 29 to boost local sustainability efforts—expanding accessible recycling options for everyone. - ➤ Naperville Park District officials are developing a three-year financial plan that covers revenue, expenses, and $41 million in capital spending for parks through 2027, including property tax increases of $17 in 2026 and $16 in 2027.
