- ➤ Rubber duck sales for the Riverwalk Duck Race reached a halfway mark—1,015 sold with 1,010 remaining—after beginning on May 1. Duck sculptures will appear downtown starting Monday, June 2, and the race will run along the Riverwalk from the Eagle Street Bridge to the Riverwalk Covered Bridge on Friday, June 6. - ➤ Naperville Park District will hold its 18th Kite Fly event at Frontier Sports Complex—located at 3380 Cedar Glade Drive—from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 1. Families will see giant kites flown by pros, live music by Prairie Sky Quintet and the Naperville Municipal Big Band led by Tracy Oliver, and fun games from KidsMatter that feature over 15 countries.
