- ➤ Thirty seniors from Naperville Central and Naperville North high schools signed their commitment to a career in education during Future Educators Signing Day at the Naperville Municipal Center — a tradition held for four years running — after completing a college and career pathway program. That program included career-specific coursework, early college credit and work-based learning over 60 hours — a notable achievement amid a nationwide teacher shortage — which earned the students a special diploma seal endorsed by the Illinois State Board of Education.
