Naper Settlement will announce the 2025 Naper Nights concert lineup on April 12 and partner with five local record stores to give away free concert tickets in honor of Record Store Day — the museum will hide special giveaway records near matching albums and each store will receive five pairs of tickets. Participants are encouraged to follow Naper Settlement on social media for hints and trivia on the upcoming lineup.

Chicago a cappella will conclude its Jazz a cappella series with a concert on April 6 in Naperville at North Central College’s Wentz Concert Hall from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The ten-member group will perform iconic jazz tunes — including reworked standards and a premiere by HerVoice winner Devon Gates — while tickets cost between $38 and $48.

Naperville American Legion Post 43 is offering three $3,000 scholarships for Illinois high school seniors who plan to attend college or trade school; eligible students must submit required documents and an essay on citizenship by May 1.

Winners will be chosen by May 23 and receive their awards by May 25 (questions can be directed to Todd at 618 250 3683).
