- ➤ Hawaii Fluid Art opened its doors with a soft launch on Ogden Avenue this past weekend—offering Naperville residents guided fluid art classes, special discounts, and a fun way to try new creative options until its full launch at the end of April. Naperville News 17
- ➤ Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual gala, The Masquerade, on April 25 at NIU Banquet Center in Naperville from 7 to 10 p.m. Guests will enjoy casino games, live music by Bluewater Kings Band and a silent auction, and tickets will cost $200 or $375 for a couple (the event helps support local economic growth). - ➤ Naperville Unit District 203 school board members are reviewing an 'Innovative School Day' plan that would bring block scheduling for high school, longer middle school classes and adjusted start and end times. - ➤ Teen volunteers in the KidsMatter Teen Philanthropy Initiative will host a beach-themed trivia fundraiser called Seas the Trivia at the Naperville Park District’s Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, featuring local trivia led by Mayor Scott Wehrli and former NFL players with advance tickets at $20 and a $10 rate for students—part of their yearlong campaign to boost program funds.
