Naperville School District 203 will cut spending to address a projected $12.39 million shortfall for the 2026 to 27 budget by consolidating resources and streamlining staffing.

Crews began work on the WaterLink project along Book Road in Naperville in mid-December 2025 to extend Lake Michigan water service to Montgomery, Oswego and Yorkville; the first section will take about one year to complete while the full project is set to finish in roughly two and a half years with water delivery starting in 2028 (project funding includes federal and local contributions).
Versiti is urging eligible donors to give O-negative and O-positive blood today at its centers in Naperville and Aurora as extreme winter weather may slow donations needed for patients.
