- ➤ ArtForum, Naperville’s new public art collaborative, is seeking approval from the Park District & Riverwalk Commission for two temporary displays along the Riverwalk. The Wind Phone will offer a reflective space from spring to fall 2026, while Light Anemones will float atop Paddleboat Quarry from mid-Oct to mid-Nov. Naperville News 17
