- ➤ Velvet Taco opened its fourth Illinois restaurant in Naperville on Monday at Block 59, drawing dozens of customers who received perks like a free $10 gift card and hat. - ➤ Indian Prairie School District 204 updated its report card data after Illinois lowered the English and math benchmarks and switched high school juniors back to the ACT.
