- ➤ Hundreds plan to sleep out today for Bridge Communities' 22nd annual event to raise awareness for homelessness in DuPage County—participants will join a rally at the College of DuPage from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and nearly 1,000 community members have signed up to experience different sleep-out options. - ➤ The Naperville Park District is hosting several community initiatives this November—including a Healing Field of Honor from November 7 to 12, donation drives for Pennies for Pies and the Community Christmas Luncheon, and a Toys for Tots drive at Park District locations. Residents are also encouraged to support the Fee Assistance Program and register for winter programs—available on December 3 with registration starting on December 8. Naperville News 17
