  • The Naperville Park District Police have started collecting new, unwrapped toys for the 2025 DuPage County Toys for Tots program at seven drop-off locations until December 13—Chief Steve Schindlbeck noted the community's 15-year support, while donations must avoid stuffed animals and toy weapons and monetary contributions can be made online.  Naperville News 17
  • A local photographer and a pastor are organizing a peaceful 'No Kings' protest in downtown Naperville this Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. The protest will start and end at the Naperville Municipal Center (400 S. Eagle St.) and will include speeches, a DJ set, and a march to the Washington Street bridge to protest what they see as authoritarian policies.  Naperville News 17
  • Tickets for the Naperville Garden Club's Cup of Cheer Home Tour, Holiday Market and Tea are on sale to support local community programs. The event will feature a preview on December 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with $60 tickets and the main day on December 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Judd Kendall VFW Post—shoppers can enjoy market items and homemade treats.  Positively Naperville
