  • Naperville resident Lisa Kapryan launched Maly’s Foods to sell her family’s traditional vegetable egg rolls using a Laotian recipe passed down from her mother—she makes 200 to 300 rolls a day from her home kitchen and plans to expand into a commercial kitchen soon.
