- ➤ Archie Banks, 63, was charged with armed carjacking, kidnapping and battery after his alleged attacks on a Naperville woman on August 25th near a BP gas station and on a Warrenville woman on August 20th—he is held without bail ahead of his September 22nd court appearance. Naperville News 17
