Polco’s community survey of 760 responses found residents rate Naperville’s public safety, parks and economy highly, though affordability and mobility need work.

The results were shared by CEO Nick Mastronardi at a city council meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 18.

Ray McGury is set to lead the Fry Family YMCA as its new Executive Director starting Monday, Aug.

Greene Valley Forest Preserve spans 1,400 acres with trails for walking, biking, and horseback riding and includes picnic areas, an off-leash dog park, and a scenic overlook of Mount Trashmore (a 190-ft high hill offering views of the skyline).

The Morton Arboretum will host an interactive art exhibit called 'Tree Dimensions' with five sculptures (11 to 20 feet) for visitors to climb and play on starting May 22, 2027.

Exhibits will be displayed along Conifer Walk and on a hill near Interstate 88 and remain open through March 2029.
