Naperville officials approved a plan for The Residences at Naper and Plank, a 90-unit rental housing project set on an 8.21-acre parcel just outside the city during a July 15 council meeting that voted 8—1 in favor.
The project offers 34 townhomes and 56 rowhomes ranging from 1,550 to 1,950 square feet with rents between $3,900 and $5,000 and raised local concerns over potential traffic impacts—though a traffic study indicated minimal changes.
