On May 24, IPSD 204 celebrated 2,090 graduates from Metea Valley, Neuqua Valley, and Waubonsie Valley with speeches urging authenticity and courage as they embrace change; the memorable commencement also marked Superintendent Talley’s final address.
IPSD 204 will appoint Naperville educator Andrew Bernard on July 13 to fill the seat vacated by Justin Karubas until April 2027; Bernard (a business education teacher at St. Charles North) brings teaching and finance experience to boost board oversight.
🏥 Health
DuPage Forest Preserve invites residents to join its Unplug to Recharge campaign, asking everyone to spend 30 minutes away from screens each day until Labor Day.
Interested locals can sign the pledge online and pick up free swag (stickers and cinch backpacks) at visitor service offices.
