The Naperville Riverwalk Foundation will host its annual duck race on Friday, June 5 at 11:00 a.m. from the Eagle Street Bridge.

Rubber duckies will race down the river to support summer art and park upgrades plus remind visitors not to feed wild birds.

Students from Naperville North and Waubonsie High Schools have released lip dub videos that show school spirit; Naperville North’s event, led by 30+ student leaders as part of a time-honored tradition, and Waubonsie’s production, created for its 50th anniversary, unite students with creative pride.

Naperville City Council, led by Councilman McBroom as Mayor Pro Tem, has proclaimed Buddy Poppy Days from May 20-24 and Memorial Day Observances on May 25 + the events will feature a parade starting at 10:30 a.m. and multiple local ceremonies.
