EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ A student-led vaping prevention initiative at Waubonsie Valley HS reduced tobacco and drug offenses from 45 to 30 between last year and this year during Monday night’s board meeting — administrators plan to add a new 'Not on Tobacco' program for extra support. - ➤ The Indian Prairie School District 204 board approved a new four-year teachers’ contract through 2030 that raises starting pay and ties later increases to inflation—if revenue drops, the contract can be reviewed after two years while adding planning time and recruitment support for educators.
