- ➤ Nearly 50 high school students from Naperville School District 203 picked free prom dresses at a recent event organized by nine local moms. The Dress Up 203 program partnered with local boutiques—Peaches donated 87 dresses—and provided an on-site alterations team to help students achieve a perfect fit for prom night. Naperville News 17
- ➤ Turning Pointe Autism Foundation in Naperville will mark Autism Awareness Month in April with events such as a City Council proclamation on April 2, a Kendra Gives Back sale at Downtown Naperville, a celebrity bartending event at Go Brewing on April 10, and fundraisers through local car dealerships, KidSnips haircuts, and restaurant promotions. Local businesses and organizations are backing the effort — 20% of sales and 100% of tips at key events will benefit the foundation — to support educational programs and services for individuals with autism.
