- ➤ The Atlas, a proposed 236-unit multi-family project on a 6.2-acre site near Route 59, received a unanimous favorable recommendation from the planning commission on Feb. 18. Pending city approval for rezoning and permits, the development will offer affordable studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units for young professionals in west Naperville — a step toward revitalizing a long-dormant property.
