Sunrise POWER Flow - an energetic and rhythmic vinyasa flow. This class begins by easing you onto your mat, bringing your mind + body to the present moment. Then movement begins to build and the pace of the flow powers up as we move to the beat from pose to pose. This practice is meant to awaken your energy, break a sweat, and start your day feeling renewed!
