Adult Book Discussion Group

About this event

Note: We will be meeting on the 2nd Thursday of the month The Adult Book Discussion Group began in March 1998. We remained a small group for a long time, but have picked up more members so we now have a core group of over twenty. We welcome anyone who wants to join, for one discussion or regularly. Book selections vary; we try to switch around to keep it interesting and to broaden our horizons. We've read fiction and non-fiction, light stories and dark, popular titles and little-known ones. The group meets year-round, the third Thursday of the month, 7:00-8:30 p.m. The library keeps extra copies of the upcoming book to check out at the adult circulation desk, so if you're interested in joining our discussion, just ask at the desk for a copy of the Adult Book Discussion Group book, or contact Carol Tracy at the reference desk or via email at ctracy@mokena.lib.il.us.
