CLASS DESCRIPTION: Want to find your flow on Lyra (also called Aerial Hoop)? Does your mind go blank when you envision stringing moves together in a combo? In this class you'll learn how to combine moves and create beautiful flow on the Lyra. ~~~ REQUIREMENTS: You must wear tight-fitting clothes to this class and your hair must be secured up. No hanging necklaces or earrings. Please bring a yoga mat and a lidded water bottle to class. ~~~ LEVEL: You must have completed 1 session (10 classes) of lyra to attend this class. This class is a mixed-level class with modifications/variations being shown for your level. You cannot try moves from an upper level. NO EXCEPTIONS! ~~~ COST: This one-hour Air class costs 2 credits All sales are final; no refunds.
