About this event

Join us for a 50 minute restorative reformer Pilates class meant to help you relax, strengthen, and stretch your body. Calm your mind and give yourself an hour to just move. A great class to start with if you are new to the reformer. Please take note of our cancellation & waitlist policies: Reformer classes need to be cancelled before 12 hours prior to class or your pass will be forfeited from your package. If you have an Unlimited Month Pass - you will be charged a $12.00 fee with the card that is on file if you no show OR late cancel a class. You can be added off of a waitlist up to an hour prior to class. If you would not like to be added into the class, we ask that you please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid cancellation fees.
