Swordfish & Steak: Roasted Swordfish, Steak & Mango Dreamsicle

About this event

Spend the evening preparing a fresh, restaurant-inspired surf and turf menu in this hands-on cooking class. Guests will make swordfish steak served with roasted stuffed plum tomatoes, followed by demi tender steak paired with pan roasted new potatoes in herbs and cremini mushrooms. To finish, we will assemble a "Dreamsicle" of mango sorbet and whipped cream with allspice. This menu brings together bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a comforting richness of fall.
