About this event
This is our signature pilates class that leans on the foundations of classical pilates. Our mixed level classes can include reformer, tower, or props. Instructors design the classes around the skill level of the students for a low-impact, full-body workout. **Prior experience is not required. However the studio highly recommends all new students take at least one private session prior to class.**
