Tuesdays • 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Judy Siek, 500 eCYT, Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor This class gently supports survivors in rebuilding core strength, stability and shoulder mobility in a safe and encouraging environment. It’s designed for those who already have a baseline of fitness and are ready to deepen their Pilates practice through more intentional, targeted movement that builds confidence and control.
