About this event

This mixed-level aerial hammock class is designed for both beginners and experienced students. Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while learning aerial hammock techniques, conditioning, transitions, and creative movement. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout class so everyone can work at their own level in a supportive and challenging environment. No prior aerial experience is required.
