The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycleβa quiet, inward phase that invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and listen to what is ready to emerge. Guided by Anna Lee , this immersive experience blends sound healing, movement, breath, and intention to help you restore balance and leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
Join us for Sowing the Sacred , an intentional evening designed to help you release what has completed its cycle and plant meaningful seeds for what you are ready to nurture next.
Through gentle movement, guided breathwork, reflection, and journaling prompts , we will create a sacred container for slowing down and connecting with your inner wisdom.
The evening will close with a deeply restorative Sound Bath + Reiki offering , allowing you to soften, receive, and create space for the cycle ahead. Come exactly as you are. No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, Reiki, or sound healing is needed.
Astrological Meaning
β’ Deep Transformation: Falling in the intense water sign of Scorpio, this new moon focuses on matters of intimacy, personal power, shared resources, and profound emotional truth.
β’ Shadow Work: Astrologers view this period near the end of autumn as an ideal time for confronting hidden fears, breaking free from old emotional burdens or debt, and committing to deep psychological healing
Slow down. Listen inward. Set your intention. Sow what you are ready to grow.
Yoga props provided.
