Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

Lyra, also called Aerial Hoop, is a steel ring hung vertically by one or two points. In this class you'll learn gravity defying moves and beautiful flow - all while hanging in the air! You must wear tight fitting clothes to this class and hair must be secured up. No hanging necklaces or earrings. Please bring a yoga mat and a lidded water bottle! We also have these available to rent/buy for $1. These classes are open to all skill levels with modifications/variations being shown for your level. This is a Mixed Level class. You must learn the levels progressively and cannot try moves from an upper level. NO EXCEPTIONS! This one-hour Air class costs 2 credits All sales are final; no refunds.
