Join us for a morning of body and mind rejuvenation through movement, surrounded by all the greenery. You will leave refreshed with a new 4” plant friend. Kate Newey has been teaching yoga throughout the Chicagoland area since 2008. At the heart of Kate’s teaching is a passion for community and helping people come home to themselves- moving out of their heads, into their bodies, and reconnecting with the way they LIVE.
