You’ll deepen your understanding of the method, refine advanced movement patterns, and experience the equipment as it was intended: intentionally, intelligently, and with mastery in mind. Please note: This class is designed for experienced practitioners. Students should be extremely familiar with the Pilates Reformer and Tower before enrolling.
