About this event
Beginner Aerial Silks introduces the foundations of aerial movement using two suspended fabrics. Students will learn basic climbs, wraps, foot locks, poses, and conditioning drills while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive environment. No prior aerial experience is required — just a willingness to try something new and have fun.
