The Glen Ellyn Historical Society’s program at the Glen Ellyn History Center, 800 N. Main Street, Glen Ellyn, on Saturday, November 14 at 2:00 PM features Actor’Historian Terry Lynch as Alexander Hamilton.Alexander Hamilton never served as President of the United States but he firmly believed that a financially stable government was crucial for defense against foreign threats. He made concessions with his adversaries to ensure a balanced budget and fulfill commitments made to the veterans of the Continental Army. Hamilton’s policies were resisted at first but benefited the people who became powerful.
