Developing a team approach and identifying resources and tools may make caring for a loved one more manageable. Join us for this free event to connect with other caregivers in your area and share stories and tips. Together we will explore how to start the caregiving conversation, strategies for forming your caregiving team, ways to fi nd local resources and support, and how to care for yourself and connect with others.
