There's no better time for hard cider than in the Fall, when apples abound!
Learn how to brew it yourself, with expert guidance from Eileen Uchima, experienced cider-maker and president of the Urban Knaves of Grain homebrew club (hosts of the AHA-sanctioned and highly lauded Drunk Monk Challenge).
In this 2-2.5 hour class, you'll learn about the process of making hard cider, participate in a cider making demo, and leave with all the knowledge you need to make hard cider at home yourself!
