About this event
This class features two long silks. Aerial Silks is a dynamic class that combines strength, grace, and creativity using long suspended fabrics. Students will learn foundational climbs, wraps, poses, and sequencing while building upper body and core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether you’re new to aerial or continuing your practice, this class offers a supportive environment to challenge yourself and have fun in the air.
