What to bring
• socks - the cat house requires all participants to wear socks. You will be taking off your shoes.
• yoga mat (there’s always some at thrift stores if you don’t have one)
• water - always a good idea to hydrate
About the Event Venue Info This rescue oriented Cat House is hosting beginner mat Pilates with cats!! You don’t have to know anything about Pilates to attend! (I’ve convinced my boyfriend to join purely for the kitties and I don’t think he’s ever done a Pilates mat class)
From the venue: Stephany will be guiding the beginner friendly class in our lounge surrounded by adoptable kitties! Once the Paw-lates class is done, you can spend the rest of the time and hanging with the kitties!
Don't forget to bring a yoga mat (preferably one you wouldn't mind the cats on), socks, and some water!
About me I recently moved to Illinois with my boyfriend, and I’m currently in the fun stage of trying to make new friends as an adult.
