About this event

This is a community-based support group where women who have lost a spouse come together to share experiences, offer mutual encouragement, and help each other navigate the challenges of widowhood. This group is peer-led, meaning our meetings are facilitated by other widows who understand the unique emotional, practical, and identity-related struggles of this life stage.

Benefits:

• Emotional Support : Reduces isolation and validates feelings.

• Practical Guidance : Sharing resources and solutions for everyday challenges.

• Identity Rebuilding : Encouragement to explore new roles and interests.

• Resilience Building : Strategies to adapt and thrive after loss.

• Community Connection : Belonging to a community of people who truly understand.
