Love Letters (Women's Month Concert) - Chicago Sinfonietta
Thursday, Mar 13th, 2025 • Love Letters is a symphonic celebration of women and their achievements. Featuring music by 3 living female composers (including a World Premiere) and 3 historic men (Brahms, Mahler, Mendelssohn), this concert is a jewel box of orchestral favorites. Acclaimed bassoonist Monica Ellis performs Opus Serena, a work honoring tennis star Serena Williams.
